Cancellation policy

All cancellation requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the lesson. Any cancellation requests that fall outside out this notice period (less that 24 hours) will be charged at a full lesson rate. No refunds will be given.

If the student provides 24 hour's notice the lesson will be rescheduled or cancelled at no extra cost.

Any scheduled lessons unattended by the student will be charged at the full rate.

In the event of a mishap, meaning Spanish with Alma is unable to attend any scheduled lesson, the student will be entitled to a refund or given the opportunity to reschedule their lesson.

All lessons and lesson packages are valid for 6 calendar months after payment date.

Payment and fees

Lessons and lesson packages will be paid for via Paypal.

Lessons must be paid for in full and scheduled 24 hours in advance. 

All transactions are final. No refunds will be given for lessons.

After completing the booking the student will receive a payment confirmation email.

Spanish with Alma is not responsible for any additional bank fees, interest charges, finance charges, overdraft charges, or other fees.

The student will be notified in advance of any changes in fees.

Lessons and lesson packages

All lessons are delivered on a one-to-one basis. Only one student per lesson and lesson package is allowed. Group lessons are not available.

All paid lessons are 55 minutes. 

Lesson times and dates must be discussed with Spanish with Alma before completing the booking.

Trial lessons are free and can be booked directly from the website www.spanishwithalma.com. The student will receive a confirmation email from the teacher agreeing to the requested trial lesson or, alternatively, suggesting a different time. 

Lessons will be taught via Skype. If the student needs to use a different video-call service it should be requested and agreed with the teacher before completing the booking.
